The high demand for affordable housing in the Twin Cities area has encouraged SEACC to create a Housing Development Program to bring awareness of affordable housing to the community. The Housing Development Program educates immigrants and community members about homeownership, empowering them to be self-reliant and teaching them about the opportunities and process of owning a home. Workshops and one-on-one counseling sessions are available to educate the community about homeownership and answering any questions they may have. |

The Chemical Free program reaches out to the community to talk about and find solutions for individuals and families who may be or may become chemically dependent. This program includes both youth and adults. The program works with focus groups to address chemical dependency within the Southeast Asian communities. We also work with licensed practitioners on individual cases. |
